Reverse osmosis
The purest drinking water, right from your kitchen tap.
Our six-stage system pushes water through a reverse osmosis membrane, then finishes it with an alkaline stage, for purified drinking water with a clean, fresh taste.
- Treats
- Drinking and cooking water
- Install
- About 2–3 hours
- Upkeep
- Scheduled service every 18 months
What it treats
Reduces what ordinary filters can't.
Lead & heavy metals
The membrane reduces toxic heavy metals you can't see or taste.
Dissolved solids
Salts and minerals that cause off tastes and spots on glassware.
Cysts
Giardia and Cryptosporidium cysts are reduced by the RO membrane.
Chlorine, taste & odor
Carbon stages remove chlorine before it reaches the membrane.
Organic impurities
Granular and block carbon reduce organic impurities before the membrane.
Alkaline finish
A final alkaline stage raises the pH from about 7.5 up to 9.5.
How it works
Six stages of filtration.
-
01
Sediment prefilter
Reduces rust and particles, and protects the membrane.
-
02
Granular activated carbon
Pre-treats the water and removes chlorine before the membrane.
-
03
Carbon block
Reduces flavors, odors, chlorine and organic impurities.
-
04
RO membrane
Reduces dissolved solids, toxic heavy metals, and Giardia and Cryptosporidium cysts.
-
05
Carbon post-filter
A final polish for taste and odor.
-
06
Alkaline filter
Raises the pH from about 7.5 to 9.5 before water reaches your faucet.
Before you buy
Is RO right for your family?

Good to know
- Treats drinking and cooking water at one sink. Pair it with a whole house system for every tap.
- Can also supply your refrigerator's water dispenser and ice maker.
- Prefer a freestanding option? The SupplyLife hydration station combines five purification stages, ultrafiltration, an alkaline membrane and UV self-cleaning.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Does RO remove healthy minerals?
The membrane reduces most minerals, then the alkaline stage adds minerals back and raises the pH to about 7.5–9.5.
How much water does it waste?
Some water is used to flush contaminants away from the membrane. Modern systems are much more efficient than older ones, and we size yours to keep waste low.
Where does it go?
Under your kitchen sink, with a small dedicated faucet on the countertop or sink. The storage tank sits in the cabinet beside it.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the system and options like a fridge line. Your free water test comes with a written quote, and financing is available from 60 to 240 months.
Can it connect to my refrigerator?
Yes. We can run a line to your refrigerator's water dispenser and ice maker.
